Snipped this from a Powerboat test article....they always stated they won't report a higher speed that was achieved at an unsafe trim level. The 2004 30 Outlaws are known to be the fastest year because of the higher X dimension, they would see 80 mph plus.
Looks like there is a "sale pending" on your boat...congrats

Baja 30 Outlaw: Powerboat Performance Report
Baja 30 Outlaw: Take it to the next level.
Top speed for the 30 Outlaw, with Bravo One 15 1/4 x 28 lab-finished four-blade stainless-steel propellers on its 1.5:1 Bravo One drives, was 76 mph. (Photo by Tom Newby)
There are seven models from 20 to 40 feet in Baja s Outlaw series of powerboats. On numbers alone, odds are good that if buying an Outlaw is in your plans, you ll be able to find a model that closely, if not precisely, fits your needs.

Thank you everybody for your kind words and encouragement. The boat contracted, sold, and delivered today! New owner has the weekend to enjoy her.
I will debut my new one in about 3 weeks.....
Disturb the water my friends!
Regards,
Boatless (for now)
