And that is about 40K US dollars. But be ready for a pile of paper work and a min of 30% or more in duty taxes and any other fees that they want to hit you with. I couple months ago there was a 33 or 38 AVS with the same deal. C...A...N...A...D....A...

I have bought stuff in Canada and always got taxes refunded. Never a boat but trucks, equipment etc. Just had to pay sales tax here, been a while though maybe things have changed. Boat looks like it needs a little TLC and has triples, I don't think price is crazy low.

Should not be that difficult to take back to the USA. It was built there so you should be able to bring it back into the country. Talk to Double R Performance 705-487-7575 as they do lots of sales back and forth to Canada & the US. Peter should be able to help out. May not be that difficult.

It is easy to bring boats across border. I have done it both ways. as long as you have the title for boat and trailer and copy of a sales invoice with separate price for trailer and boat. Private canadian sellers are not required to charge taxes. If you buy from a dealer, you can get the taxes refunded by sending the paperwork to Cdn gov and they will refund taxes paid on proof boat left the country. You do not need a customs broker, just keep all the forms.
If you don't trailer it yourself and choose to use a transporter then it is best to make arrangements through a customs broker to ensure that the transporter has all proper forms and done correctly.

this boat has been for sale for a looong time! not lately but still many years ago from same owner and of course much higher in $ !
At first I don't see a problem with the change in graphic, back then it was advertised as graphics are vynil and can be removed so I don't think it smells fishy... more effraid of a good survey on triple than vynil graphics...
IMO no way its 40k under market. many 1999 2001 triple 40 plus foot boat were for sale in the 75 k as low as 64k and no one jumps quickly on those. so forget nada or whatever guide you might thinkk of. they are worth close to part out price, wich is near that 50 cdn or 40 something us.
there was a 419 I went to see lately at 50k but was not worth it to me in the condition it was
again just my opinion... but if this boat is dry, and mecanical is good the price is pretty much right...
