I don't know about "no problem." He had 650hp+ a side with boxes and -2 Imco lowers. It ran low to mid 90's.

I would say the 33OL would be your best "all around" choice. Lots of room, better rough water handling than a 29 or 30, and prolly close to being as fast as a 29 with equal power.

2003 33 Outlaw, 500 EFI's, Imco boxes, XZ drives, stock 30" Bravo I's, 380 K-planes, 80 MPH. Upgraded 500 EFI's to 600 HP 522's courtesy of the late Brad Smith, Bblades worked 30" Bravo I's, 82 - 83 MPH.

Yeah, I have a very similar set up and a couple more horsepower (low 600's) and I am at 83-84 unless its full moon and zero humidity then its 85.

1994 Baja 32 Caliber with Stellings boxes up 2 inches, IMCO -2 shorties Bravo XR's 620 HP 630 TQ 509's ran a best of 89.9 a few times and 86-87 any day.

I know speed vs. power they aren't close but how does the 33 OL compare to a 32 Fountain? Is it a way bigger boat?
