Added some bump!! Had a 12" in the cuddy compartment, but added 2 10"s in the bench! I need to fine tune it, but it sound good! I think I need to add some tweeters to the passenger and helm sides. Those speakers are so damn low, the seat blocks most of my sound.

Looks good.. I'd definitely add a few tweeters.. the JL ones I added made a huge difference.

I believe it was rustoleum gloss red from Home Depot. First, i prime with self etching primer. Good results!

How did you get rid of the original teal graphics on top to make it all white ?

Well, I cleaned up the whole deck, then applied white vinyl from the windscreen edge to the bow cleats. THen I had to buff the crap out of the Port side to match. Can barely tell the difference in the sun.

What paint did you use for the step? Rattle can? Just tapped it off and rushed it? Came out nice.

yes, I just used rustoleum gloss paint. I actually sanded it down pretty well till I got to mostly aluminum, then sprayed with self-etching primer to get it to stick.

Sanding it down well and the self etching is the key to getting it to stick. All in the prep as they say.
