Here some pics of the Drive now! Will add second cylinder next months to the mayfair.It need a bit tune the steering cylinder to get a free place inside to mount the inner cylinderplate!
I shortend the 9 inch cylider lengh a bit with parts from the 7 inch cylinder mounting stuff.I need a bit to go more inside with mounting position as i made alloy plates inside engineroom and dont like to cut them! Now all fit perfect and boat feels very good with the shorty!Get some miles more and near no chinewalk! Slight problems with waterpressure.I have mount Hardin SS impeller housing and see only 18 PSI!! I have done some work at cooling circle and have now all build back ! Reroute IC water inlet (build back now for test) and open reducers in the outlet from headers. Nothing brings my needed over 30 PSI back,except to go back on the plastic impeller housing. Looks the Hardin SS housing make lower pressure and waterflow! Now i tried next time again to reroute the IC waterlines with the plastic pump on the motor! I have found some guys more here that have trouble with the SS housingfrom hardin. My engine needs 30 PSI and when get not at WOT it will go in reduce HP modus. Prop for holiday mounted! An Intimidator P5-X.
Vinyl is near ready only left side at end 2 small stripes missung.New vynyl is ordered. Bimini gets new black head ! Next week start 3,5 weeks holiday with every day boating! Back from 3,5 Weeks holiday in Croatia now! Have no Problems at all and see good waterpressure after open the 4 waterintakes from the Sportmaster Lower a bit!

By the way.Bimini gets a new 1 feet longer top in black colour to get it a bit more down.
