I'm new here, I've been reading this forum all afternoon and it seems there's huge wealth of knowledge here. I'm thinking about buying a low hour 2007 245 Boss, I'm wondering in there is anything to be concerned with about this year/model. I'm also wondering if this boat has wood stringers and a wood transom, I really don't want to deal with rot now or in the future.

There is nothing bad about that boat at all. There are wood stringers and a wood transom in that boat but unless it's been sunk or absolutely neglected you are likely to never have a problem.

I thought the 245 was a liner boat? Still wood transom though.
