Default 212 Islander Switches

Can someone tell me what the original switch layout for a 212 Islander is? My switch faces are faded and 3 switches light up but do nothing.
Also where is the best place to get a new set of switches?

I've use them and they'll print anything you want on the switches. Multiple types available, only biz I could find that would to the 90's era switches.

I have some green/teal carpet somewhere from our 97 -212 if interested. We had boat for 4 years and I took out carpet as soon as we bought boat. Should be pretty clean.
