Hey guys...let me tell you Shadrack and the guys are very good at what they do. I stop by and visit about once a month and they all take the time to make me feel like I own the place. Really, they will go the extra mile to make you happy. Keith, the owner is a straight shooter and isn't afraid to do what ever it takes to make a deal and keep the customer happy. I bought my H2x in 20 minutes and had financing in 11 minutes. I mentioned a slight, very small crack in the depth sounder and in insisted on replacing it. They delivered the boat on time and never yet has failed to repair anything I needed.
He just last year opened a second sales/service store in Knowxville, Tn...The next time i see him I will mention
Charlotte and see what he says.
