Hydraulic double ram steering options
 

He guys I have a 26 2012 Baja outlaw I’m looking at two systems
1 Imco dual ram
2. Mayfair
im not sure what ram length to get with either I measured on either side of the fumble and I definitely have 17 3/4 but is that the right one for my boat looking to increase power soon and my steering cable is all stretched out so instead of replacing the cable figured I would just do the steering first. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I have the 9” Mayfair Dual Ram system on my 2006 26 Outlaw. No issues with fit. Full hyd to a tilt helm. I’m very pleased.

If you have questions, call Frank at IMCO in Henderson. He will walk you thru what your needs would be. He helped me a lot with mine. Even if you don't wind up with an IMCO system, he is a good source for info.

I am extremely pleased with my internal hydraulic system, 7” extension box. I have a 25 outlaw and it way out performs previous. Night and day difference, and the best part….it looks awesome.

I installed the IMCO Uni Mount myself and twin rams on my 292 last fall. Not cheap. Worth EVERY penny. Made it a whole new boat. Now instead of fearing for my life and having over 40 degrees of free play at the wheel, and getting exhausted after a 30 min drive. It tracks wherever you put the wheel and holds course like a luxury car on the highway.

Holy **** how costly is that set up with the box etc love the way that looks

Also is tha a mouring cover how’s the figment I’m looking for one that covers the entire boat etc
