No prob. One other thought if grounds don’t help would be to disconnect the MFD see if the problem continues. Try to isolate it. Who knows, maybe you have some other random short somewhere.

Good luck!

Default 1990 250 sport baja.

Looking to replace my panel and gauges in my boat. I know where to get the gauges but can’t find any place that has panels. Is there a place I can lookup panels? Any info would be grateful!

I had to make a custom template based on our layout and have local machine shop cut one on their water jet machine. Then I had our graphic sign shop duplicate the Baja logo carbon fiber graphic and print an overlay for the panel so it matches the original. Time consuming & wasn’t cheap but I love how it turned out.

I made a template of my original and fabricated out of 1/8” aluminum sheet stock using a combination of a cutoff wheel, a Dremel with a small cutoff wheel and various bits, a hole saw for the gauge openings, and my bench mounted belt/disc combo sanding machine. Once that was done, I wrapped it in silver carbon fiber vinyl wrap and put eight coats of 2K clear coat on it to give it the factory depth of shine you’d see in a OEM carbon fiber panel.
