prop labbing as you know requires blade thinning to achieve maxium performance out of a prop.it just depends on the customer on how much we thin the blade its Your Choice. I would say95%percent of the props labbed by our customer request the blades are still pretty thick,but assuring pitch,rake and balance this adding extra performance and assurance. Now if you desire total maxium performance the prop has to be thinned out excessively and if you hit something its usually will be destroyed .When sending your prop in let us know what you want and we will do our best to get it right the first time around although, if its not enough we will do it until you are happy at our expense.
