The 342 used to have a HUGE enigine compartment, big enough for the generator to fit between the motors and the back seat !!!

Now you can move the back seat aft and get more cockpit space.
The genset fits under now

Talking

Still searching my friend, still searching. Seriously though, it's real hard passing up all of those creature comforts. Especially when I can have ice at my fingertips and still do 70+ in any water!

I will see you on Travis and you can definetly run with us any time.

Thumbs up

Outlawtexan,
There is a 2000 or 2001 342 for sale at Ski Dock on Lake Travis.
It has a race fairing like you want and also has 525SC's in it. I think it is priced at $140,000. You might check it out.

Thanks obnoxus. Is there much noise from either set-up in the boat?

Check with Casey at International Boats in Dallas. I think his 02 342 is for sale. He had it the last Baja poker run on Travis last year. It is loaded with HO's.
