Allrighty!!!
The first one is the NA 509 I buit last winter. I took that pic before I put the seat back in. The second is pretty self explanitory...but that was with the old motor.
Daze, the file I sent you with the 3 pics are some pretty good still shots at sundown. I am pissed, I scanned them then e-mailed them to my computer and I ended up with those goofy files no one seems to know how to open. They were scanned onto a Mac if that makes any difference.
Thanks for the help, wish I could post the other photos, perhaps I will go to a buddies and scan somemore pics
Ittlfli, feel free to post any pics you want
See ya folks.....

A MAC???

Ya, that makes all the difference in the world. I have no idea what a *.sit file is. Anyway...
If you ever rescan them, you know where to send them!
I love that second shot! Too bad it has to shrink so small. The hi-res image is awesome!
Nice boat, bro.
P.S.
that was some sick chit you sent me!

Daze, you are right about the second pic, the real pic has the glistening of the water sparkling off the bottom of the boat, it looks really sharp. Too bad the pic was about 1/4 second too late, it would have been full air. That was a re-entry shot. Oh well......looks pretty good. Sad part is that is conservative compared to the air that boat gets.
Thanks for the compliments on the boat everyone, hopefully I can post some more pics in the near future.
Hey Hyper......leave me alone......
....just kidding sport, give me 12 months, then you will see a huffer on top.

I am in the process of doing the 509 trick to my 24 Outlaw. Allan , what did you do for a wiring harness on the motor? Thats assuming you removed an EFI motor. I was hoping to have the new motor back in by the weekend, however time is against me.

Hey....there is the big "Heavy Chevy" in the backround.....little did I know that about 3 days later the tranny would run out of life....
That's okay, gonna get me an NV4500. It is a bulldog 5 speed. SHould help with the crappy gear and 33" tires I have on that truck.
Johno, I did not have an EFI. I used the wiring harness off the original motor. If you are going carb, I would ask around to see if anyone has a wiring harness for sale, or contact mercury marine and see what price they have going.
