I put in a temporary boat dock.

When I get the foundation poured Im having a Baja "Slab" party.

I would also love to know more details about the property values on the water. I live in Cedar Park and would love to find some land to build on. If you can give me some of the same info liquid is looking for that would be great. I think the tent idea is a must do. How deep is the water where the land is? Is that a cove? As you can tell I am very jealous.

Rabaja--your here in Austin? We should hook up sometime. Ill be out for memorial.

As for property values on the water, they are crazy. Austin prices are high and Lake Travis waterfront is nuts. To get a decent lot, waterfront, decent water,and a decent building site, a minimum is 100k. They go way up from there. I found a steal on this property. If there is a severe drought, I can lose water, but for the most part should have it year round. I bought my lot for about a third of what they usually go for. AND I have been looking for 2 years. I have looked at a lot of them, and was just waiting on this deal.

I am going to do the tent idea. Now I have to talk the misses into that.
