I got the outdrive on last night and it is smooth. Everything went together like a charm. I will get the prop in tomorrow and go for a water test.

I went for the water test Friday. Everything was great, no problems. Darin, I ran out of time and I did not get to try the new prop, but I did put it on tonight and hopefully I will have time after work this week to try it. I guess I paid that extra shipping for nothing. After today I have about 3 hours on the new drive and everything seems to be working great.

sound's like you are taking it easy on the drive until you get a few hours on it.You must be running the 23 pitch where it does not have the load like the 25 pitch would/good luck! glad you had a successful weekend.
