This is Johnny Bravo's wife again. I'm really glad to hear that you're pleased. I'm especially happy everything is working out for you and it will have a happy ending, and here's why....

Today we got a letter in the mail from Baja which contained and Waiver and Release. I read through it and frankly don't think it should be signed "as is" and I am beginning to think I shouldn't trust them. Maybe I've been working with lawyers too long. I'm going to have one of them look it over.

FYI - one of the stipulations is that I can't come on here and tell you guys what's going on....well, if they're going to take such good care of me, why the heck shouldn't I come on here and sing their praises????

glad to hear they are going to get you fixed up, a blueprinted hull might pick you up a MPH are 2, I would not have a problem with the factory doing something like that to my boat, keep us posted

Hey – if you drive past it every day how about accidentally snagging your hitch ball onto a new 33OL and accidentally dragging it out to Solomons Md.

if you have a major a problem with your boat such as hull or deck work, let the factory fix it. If the factory fixes it you do not have to disclose that the boat was worked on when you sell it

Where did you hear this?

Cap - This is JB's wife (yet again)

Paragraph 5. It says that we can't disclose, confirm, or discuss the terms or the amount of settlement, or claims and allegations to any person not party to this Release without the written consent of all other parties, including, but not limited to, the print or broadcast media, any public network such as the Internet".....

Now.....I'm not a party to this release - my husband is. But I'm trying really hard to keep my mouth shut. Let's just say at this point I'm not impressed with them at all.

But I am glad Ironmanwb is a happy boater.

ok.....

Gonna throw in a response to someone else I've been talking to directly now (sorry)

And Nick - he decided to sign it in an effort to show good faith. I hope it doesn't blow up in his face because I'll post it anywhere and everywhere.

I'm sure it was a really tough decision as we discussed. I wish you guys the best of luck.
