Our boats new home

I just got the door up for our boats new home. This is a pretty good way to go if you have the room. It's a 18' X 40' with a 9' eave height, and with the 10'x10' door it was only $4,000.00 and that is the price installed. Now I just need to add power and some lights and I wil be set.

This company in town does carports and garages. The framing is 2 1/4" galvanized steel square tube and then they use the steel siding and roofing. It has a 20 year warranty against rust, and it will withstand 80+ mph winds. This is a perfect storage builing for boats. It is very solid. Dock Holiday has the same type building for his boat and truck.

That is an AWESOME price installed. What company did you use for this? I am going to be building a garage in the near future...when I finish some other chit I've started
...and this might be a company I could use.

Chris it's not insulated yet, but I will probably get some metal building insulation later on. I've already made me some brackets for a couple work benches and some shelves. The best thing is that there is plenty room for a 33 Oultaw.

Thats nice
Jeff, nice little building for the price , after you insulate it you could install a window a/c with remote control and wal-mart has them cheap as well 250.00 or so and it would cool the place down nice when you get back from the lake and you want to clean-up your friends mess
they usually leave in your boat,at least thats how my friends were,
Lets go boating!!! you bring the boat, beer and snacks and I will bring myself and leave you with the mess.
talk to later
