29Outlaw what do you want for yours now?
Sorry but I've already sold mine to another OSO Member. He gave me what I was asking which was $71,500. Mine's a 2001 with 125 hours and has HO's vs. the regular mags.

Don't let my selling price keep you from looking at that boat even though that one has smaller engines and costs a bit more. It's still looks pretty clean and I'm partial to black and red. Anyway, I knew all along that I was giving mine away at $71,500 so I doubt you'll find any 29's with HO's at that price. I didn't have any issues giving mine away because I don't plan on buying another boat so I'll make back the money really quickly - especially since my expensive truck also goes away along with the boat. No boat payment or truck payment equals about $1,400 a month.

Do you think it is a pretty good price? I am thinking of offering $74,900.00 for it.

If you're ready to buy now I would start the first bid at 70,000. We have snow on the ground here right now so boat sales are dead.

You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain right ???

A private party seller is much more likely to accept a low-ball offer than a dealer is. If Grand Sport is selling it outright they might just tell a low-baller to take a hike. If they're brokering it for someone, then the owner knows he has to give the dealer his cut so an offer of 70,000 means the owner is going to get much less.

Nevertheless, you can still offer 70 but I think if you can get that boat with the trailer for 74,000, it would still be a great deal. That boat probably sold new for over 110,000 only 2 years ago.

I spoke with Grand Sport yesterday. The guy traded this boat in on a 40 Outlaw. I am pretty sure the person is pondfather on here. If you guys know him, have him chime in here. I have a few questions to ask.

Geoff, if you are close by and have time, go by and look at it for me.

While we are on the subject, how are the interest rates on used boats?
