Are you sure that's # 14? Did you check the hull #? Those nav. lights are of 2nd generation Banana's.

Yes - It is definitely #14. I have spoken to the current owner & have the HIN. Since this boat started it's life off as a race boat, I am guessing the running lights were added later.
