hey for guys who want more speed can a extra motor fit on the bracket?or would a new bracket be needed. if so push it as a option that it can be upgraded to twins by the new owner. with twins of what you have it should run in the 80s I would think. the cockpit is the balls on this boat too. it is the nicest banana built to date. the bolsters are sweet and gauges. good luck Art

Thanks art.... everyone who has seen the boat thinks is is a nice hot rod... it is....everything on it is top of the line, attention to detail is fantastic.... I have tried to sell it for a wihile now.. but what I had been asking.. I may just hold it and keep it in great condition..... I have a place to store it indoors so that is what I will probably do. I thought it would be a quick sale but I will not give it away... My daughter can have it when she turns 16....

true don't give it away, store it 1st. but if a twin would fit with a little work I would post that in the classifieds, just that the new owner would have to have it done, or pay in full to you for the extra cost, Jeb mrv8outboard could do it or pete nopper I am sure. jeb was a world champ in a banana boat, plus national. and knows the ob boats well all boats.he built his last race boat from scratch. but I would post that and by spring it will be gone. later art

It is simple to put twins on the back of this., just take this bracket off an put a different one on or use a porta bracket.... very simple to install. the boat would fly with twins.. but it is a very fuel efficient boat as it sits.... and will run low 60's and burns very little gas... as I stated in an earlier post, went form Warwick RI to Galilee to Block Island to Newport and back again buring only 97.50 in fuel... running full throttle all the way. also to winterize this motor, it took 1 minute 15 seconds and no money... thats right no money..... new owner will not have to have the motor tuned for two more years..... oh well... it will sit in the barn... over three thousand hits not one call.. my daughter will drive it.
