Can you guys shed any light on this id number and if so what can you tell me?? Its supposedly a red 24' banana in LI, big white bracket off the transom holding up a johnson gt300. Side of the boat says "community service".. Any one know about this boat? Any info is greatly appreciated.. Thank you.

The NYZ stands for New York Homemade Boats which would be
a state issued MIC code for the HIN. So it appears the boat has
a re-assigned vin number. The real MIC for Bananas is BCV.
This info is available with the Coast Guard. Hope this is some
help to you.
