Hey heat,thats my old boat!!! and i got a good story about it,here goes,my friend bought a 24,ab out 20 years ago,put a bbchev in it,went 80 and stuffud it. b roke the front hull,he took it all apart and i traded him some stuff for the hull,but no regi. i could of fixed it but i found a hull only for a bannana and i had a good deck, the hull i found was the boat called revenge i think and was fixed with new stringers and nicely done. what are the chances of finding a bottom only for a bannana boat,about 0. so i bought the hull,put my deck on,and first a 225 merc went about 50,blew my first merc,then put the 300 on it and went 64. i used thst boat for 7 years and was a great hull,loved rough water. i sold it to my buddy about 5 years ago and since then i put together a 27 magnum with a single,and now i have a 30 velocity with tripple mercs. the bannana and velocity share alot of features,like the catwalk,deck,windshield desgin,but my velocity is a 81,the same era of the bannanas. hopefully we can put this reunion together and you bannanaboaters,and some superboats and fountains can all join up next yearat the saybrook inn!! check ouy the superboat forum and look at reun ion article thanks for posting the pic,i cant figure out how to post pics and i tried. i did post that pic of my boat,but i havent been able since tripps
