I want to know how they can have someone indicted...case brought before a grand jury and still have not a name or any info to offer for fear of hurting the on going investigation? Sounds like someone is bullchiting someone...love to know they story here...had a outboard stolen years ago never a word about it....had another outboard stolen from my shore house about 5 yrs ago...guy got caught with several others never proved he stole ours but was still informed by the local police that they were sure it was him and most likely sold by the time he was caught....I'd like to think a boat of this nature with the kind of money were talking would be resolved by now..at a year plus since this posting....I'd have to think that police report or case document has a pile of other problems or theft piled on it by now.....hope all is well for you in the end SY It has to be a nightmare knowing your ride is sitting somewhere while they play cops and robbers..sad thing is our friend owns a towing co and a repo yard...they leave there worse than they came in...people steal items, windows broke, covers off, weather takes its toll....You would think the insurance co would want this resolved and returned in a timely matter....like I said hope it all works out well.....Good luck ...Tom

Mcdonalds had McBarge for Expo 86 World fair held in Vancouver. It was cool and after the event McD's tried to keep it open, but the city and BC gov. would not extend their permit.

This has to be one of the longest "investigations" in history. Statute of limitations is gonna run out!

Somethings up....This thing is over with and we've been left hanging with out the story.......

Just like the "felony investigation" into the sunk 51 OL at the Miami show? Does anyone really believe that one is still ongoing?

The same investigation team that's looking for JonBenet's killers is working on the Rice hauler case.

Look for big news any day now.
