There was another Cig that did burn but it was not Rice Hauler. The burned Cig came into play because the thief used the HIN from the burned Cig for Rice Hauler. What I guess he didn't realize is most if not all manufacturers put a second HIN in the boat but do not disclose where the 2nd number is located. It is for sitautions such as this.

Is it just a coincidence that testimony was being heard on this case that same week ? :eek: Some of the boat was recovered in Elizebeth, NJ Chapter 2 has now begun.... So sad to hear another perfectly good boat being hacked up into pieces....... :(:(:( |
