AT..leave the tabs on, go to tractor supply and get an electric fence transformer and hook it to them, you wont need the alarm..you will hear the azzhole screaming, while your out get a can of bear spray (mega mace) and give him a good blast as he's sitting on the ground trying to get over having the sh!t shocked outta him..both non lethal so it will keep you outta trouble, but rest assured, when the cops get there..he will be happy to see them. if he tries to get up and run,,kick him in the balls (since your in kinda bad shape for a scuffle) kick hard..remember ..we dont want his kind reproducing anyways..
