well on the last post I am going to put a drive lock on the nexted drive most likely the stern lock and put the elec ram on the engine cover with a hiden shut off,and add the boat to home owners until it hits the water then have it insured for cash value, this is a small town that we live in out in the country about 20 mins from boston or prov ri AND i NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BEFORE been in this town since 88 bought the boat in 90 this is the second house for us been here 6yrs in may, thats why I think its the guy behind me he new WHAT i HAD AND MY DOGS BARK AT ANYONE walking by or if the kids play out back. one thing for sure I need to low down on the beer and pain pills my wife said I am to obsessed with this but the cops aren't doing chit as far as I now.if IF my posts don't make sence sorry, I guess I am posting after getting f up, I just want to operated on have no pain and go racing but it looks like another year is going to go by without me and all the stuff I got done is out the window

thanks stan,I have a little money in a 401k its only 4000 so I am going to see if Ican take it out since comp is dragging my claim on, I asked for a new mri for the new doc that was 6 weeks ago, they the doc messed up for 3 weeks and now its been another 3 weeks. hi joe thanks for the talk last time it was nice well its up and down with my wife and her mom,we have been going over her house everyweek end, had a flood one day, heater problems another boiler needs water every now and then, went to banks for changing stuff over that was hard. but he left her in good shape.so she will give it a year and then figure out what to do.I am just trying to be strong for them. oh believe me it hurts, but trying to stay angry about the boat and make sure know one goes back out there , had a false alarm to night its 130am just back in took my bat and dogs with me .even that I need another operation on my knee now which is being dragged out by comp .We were looking fore some fun this summer and using the boat which doesn't look good. and I can't race until am back to work full time, which comp is dragging there azz again. I looked at pics of my lil girl and Doug they would make snowman evey year and take pics of it and he would make a little book of it, he was so cool. that was this afternoon with my wife we are trying to get our tax stuff together also and ran into the books of pics from last yr no snow this year.I am having Donna's mom over for dinner in a couple of night s,I tryed last week but she has a bunch of sisters that took her out which is good. Donna hates going to the house now that her dads gone she said to night .I would love to have her mom move hear we have a room above the garage and would have it changed over, some people don't like there inlaws,I was blessed with the best mother and father inlaw A GUY COULD WANT.I can't belive he's gone but I have to be strong for them, my daughter went to a sleep over last night for the 1st time she made it. but I tryed to be romantic to my wife but but she fell apart so we just hugged and cryed last night. I keep telling her death is part of life our parents don't have there parents anymore but she says our grandparents on both our sides were different then us my dad was given up when he was born, moms family was over seas, donna's were messed up and passed with in 4 days of each other which is sad. her father was like dad to me to, since my own never had a mom or dad he was cold growing up I love him to death and he hates to hear it, never heard him cry before. but I spent xmass in the hospital with my mom this year she was rushed in xmass eve with her heart my dad is so so ,so hear I am think get ready there on there way out this year. and DOUG I THOUGHT WOULD BE MY ROCK WHEN IT HAPPENS AND DONNAS MOM. I know that if one goes the other will be right behind them and I will have to be the rock for my sis and brother well I was when we were growing up. I always watch over them to make sure they didn't get caught up with the wrong group of kids.I even tryed to straighten out some clowns, ended up getting my azz kick a few times, when I was a senior in high school I was in a program that had me work at the VA hospital I got so hooked up there that I was there for a yr after the program I was in a locked ward working with men that would never leave alive. I just felt so bad for the guys in there so many families would just forget about them. If I new someone wasn't going to make it I would stay and talk to them all night even if they couldn't hear me.It was the same with donnas father when they were going to take him off the machine I told them I would stay and hold his hand, but they wanted to go home and we would all be together and wait for the phone call [which they said he went right away], thats what the doc said would be best. because when they end it sometimes the body fights a little its like drowning and I wished I stayed for him to let him now he wasn't a lone I feel bad now, he was so nice to so many people in so many ways ,this week we will visit Donnas aunt who DOUG went to every weekend shes got MS really bad and can not move at all. Dougs brother was going to be her new guardian but he won't be like DOUG going and seeing her every weekend thats the sad part and she took his passing bad.well its 300am and I can feel a hang over coming thanks fore asking I DIDN'T NOW IF i SHOULD POST this hear or not but I guess I did don't now if it makes sense or not sorry if I seam like a winer I now we all must go someday I was hoping it would be me 1st with the health problems I have I figure with my back,knee shoulder and breathing problems me 1st stupid me being accident prone. if you want to talk just give me a call ,thanks fore asking about the family its nice to talk and vent. best to all art ps I am a good boat drive so when ever I get out to race do't worry I won't hit anyone,well good night once again. art

yeah I will, I am going to cook Donna AND HER MOM A nice steak on wednesday. to day Donna called in sick again and told her boss she would work out of the house on her computer and I guess it was okay. STAPLES IS A GREAT CO. If you ask me. Her boss and one of his bosses came to the wake with others from staples corp, which was nice and she stayed away for almost 2 weeks and missed the last to mondays they are real nice.I just hope she starts to feel better soon she worries me well, I keep you posted about us and trailer time, thanks for the words you guys its nice to hear from you all.

I talked to jc today he's helping out with the steering, I got to talk to smitty for a minute lost him on my cell though stinken phone, going to close out a 401k thats only going to get me 3,000 but that will help with the 2''shortie case and money to put up a carb, I will have to ask jc if its worth paying for the nickerson 1050 again or just a marine 1050 dom .I hope to be back on the water by july it looks like comp is going to drag there feet on the surgery. we all most have the tx stuff put together, so my wife will use that money run the house with when we need it.looking at last years oil bills it cost $2020.oo for the year:eek: .I thought it was like 1500:rolleyes: . so thats it for now. thanks guys for the help, jc I will make a custom rug your boat, and smitty we will talk I would also like to make something for you, fred waiting for the pics when you get to so I can make a wall hanging thanks art

its one of those thing that just gets put at the bottom of the list because there is more imporatnt things to do like get donations from people who are late for work or had 2 beers at a wedding. Art, I am not in your shoes, so I won't try to act like I am but I have a similar story. I am an airline pilot, and worked for years as a flight instructor making less than 13K a year, while waiting tables to pay for flight training myself, and the time it would take to get hired at a major. Well I started flying at 21, got my first "Paying" job doing it, 8K/year when I was 27, then did 2 1/2 years instructing for about 13K/year. I racked up 72K in student loans getting my degree in 3 years, then finally saw the inside of my first jet. I flew corporate for a year, at 22K, flying very wealthy people all over the place, and had 11 days off the whole time.

Finally at 28 I was hired at American Eagle as a first officer on an ATR 72. (72 passenger turbo prop) at 24K/year (you see a pattern yet?) I got married, and started a small deck business in Dallas to pay the bills so I could pursue my dream. I saved enough to buy my first house, 1400 sq feet, but it was mine. I bought my first boat. 2000 baja hammer with a 454 MPI. Thought I was the king. In June of 2000 I finally got the call I had worked my whole life for, an interview with Delta Air Lines. June 15th, one day before my 31's B-day, I interviewed and heard the words, Congratulations, you just won the lottery welcome aboard.

I started september 18th 2000. Man I was the king, I made it. I was a 727 flight engineer, making 36K and on a years probation. WOW what would I do with all that money. LOL (remember, I still owed 72K in student loans). I found out a month later my wife was pregnant. 3 weeks later we lost it.:eek: :( A few months go by and she's pregnant again. Again, we lost it. This went on several more times. FInally we gave up, and decided we would have dogs. I was about to start my second year at Delta and my pay was going to jump to nearly 6 figures. Finally, I could pay off my debts, and have some fun. I upgraded to my current ride, 2002 Baja 302. A few weeks later, the wife was prego again. The doc said don't get excited, it will probably not work out. Well he's 5 now! and looks like his Daddy. (I'm hoping he'll outgrow that though Life was great.

Then one morning in September 2001, I awoke to the phone ringing, and my dad asking where I was, and if I was flying today. He told me to turn on the news, and as i did, I saw a 767 fly right into tower 1 at the World Trade Center . What a tragedy. Within a week, Delta started furloughs, (layoffs). My day came on April 1 2002. My dream job was gone. I had a 4 month old boy , a mortgage, a large boat payment, and no income. I decided at that point, I would dive into my decking/constr. business, and I managed to make ends meet. Somehow I would survive. August came, and after an accidental phone call from speed dial, I learned that my wife had a boyfreind, and they were having an arguement on the other end about who was going to get the cocaine for that evening. UUUUHHHH what I filed for divorce, wound up with custody of my son, who lost his mom for 6 months while she decided what was more important to her. (He was about 8 months old). A few months went buy, and at 3:00am, my caller ID said "Boat Storage". UH OH, there had been a fire, and long story short, 28K worth of damage to my new boat. The next day some idiot rearended me in my truck, (my work truck)! 3 weeks later, alone at 11:00 getting ready for bed, a terrible pain ripped through my right lower back. I thought I was gonna die. I drove my self to the hospital, I have no idea how, and it turns out I had kidney stones. I was fine after a few days of intense pain. A few days later my aunt lost her battle with cancer, and my mom was admitted to the hospital for an emergency triple bypass. SHe pulled through, but nearly died.

Hey atleast I had my business still that was going well, I was keeping everything paid for. One night in my driveway, 2 punks stole every tool out of my truck, and got in my garage and cleaned me out of about 13K worth of tools. My lively hood was gone. I'll cut it off here. Long story. I'm still here brother, I was recalled at Work, although with a 45% paycut, and loss of my retirement, I just got engaged to the woman of my dreams and I have a new house that I can look out my front windows and see the lake

The moral, others share your misfortune. You are not alone, and from reading this entire post, you have friends, even if you wouldn't recognize them if they walked up to you. It doesn't matter how hard life hits you, it only matters that you keep hitting back. Keep swinging ART! Aim for the fence, because you just never know when your gonna knock it over the fence.

man just read your post sorry what happened to you. yes the people here are great. some of the race teams are like football players to me my heroes :D .I get all stupid when I try to talk with them like on the phone same WHEN I WOULD RUN IN TO the players or rock stars when I would be working on there house putting in custom carpets.I just found out the last doc that operated on me missed some torn cartilage:rolleyes: in my knee. so the new doc may want to repair that then wait and see if I can put up with pain or if its still real bad he will do the knee replacement. whats bad about that I am talking about surgery in june or july then if more is needed it will take another 8 mons. Then 8mons to recover. if I get it replaced in june or julyI could be able to start work by jan feb and plan on making some races in 08. Art, I just saw this post. I can really empathize.
I myself am a NYC firefighter and have seen much more death and destruction and heartache than I was ready to deal with. 911 was terrible, and I spent countless hours at the site. Was still finding bodies in late April '02.
I had my girlfriend the love of my life leave me for an older man with alot of money, a month after 911. I ended up taking her back in 2004 for about 5 months and she went back to that other guy while I was in Texas picking up a nice car I bought on ebay to drive her and her son to nice places like great adventure etc... I even spent thousands to have my teeth cosmetically fixed. 2 years ago 2 friends died when they had to jump out of a fire building in the Bronx. I had worked there a few weeks before in that company and was working that day. Several fireman have commited suicide either indirectly or directly since 911. The first one was Gary C.
He lost his best friend and roommate on 911 his mother died and his girlfriend left him all in the same month. He was a great guy that did so much to help others. I cried heavily over that one. I could go on like the cat I loved dying last year. Or even worse my ex girl call me and tell me her son is doing poorly in school, she's seeing this new guy and he doesn't treat her as good as I did and he's not as sweet and so on. Then I asked her what she see's in him and she couldn't answer. Then I asked if he had a nice house and alot of money and she said oh yeah but that's not why I like him, but it helps. Obviously that sent me out on a really good bender and a half !
Anyway I have some parts. Let me know what trim cyls #'s and hardware you need and I'll get them to you. Make up a really good list with part numbers.
Try to avoid the pain pills. I had knee surgury too 4 years ago. Last year I blew out my back really bad and was on them and for me the 750's hydrocodone was about as helpful as a tic-tac ! I don't believe in anti inflamatory pills etc. They are very bad for you. I like to drink too and if you can't drink while taking the pills they can't be good for you. Dead doctors don't lie is a cassette that totally exposes some of the biggest theives the drug companies !
More people die because of problems caused by prescription medicine than all other causes.
Try to avoid junk food and soda especially. This will make you feel better.
The people that stole this stuff don't have the blessing of having a good conscience, and are outside of God's love and will have a troubled painful life.
This individual or individuals don't get the satisfaction and inner peace that results from helping others and always doing the right thing ,with trust and faith in others.
It sucks to see good people suffer. It hurts God's heart too.

man so sorry to hear the bad news, you are a hero to me and others I am sure being a firefighter. I saw the doc to day he wants me to try a 5 shot treatment before anymore surgery, so I said allright:rolleyes: I am on the 650/10 percs up to 5 aday for now he said and it still hurts:( , my back I tryed the injections and that didn't work either, yes I have been changing my diet my cl was 270 my trics were 400 I think so they put me on tricor for 3 mons.the rams are bravo ,I am going see how much new is because I am trading in a going no where 401 it has 4000gs so after taxes I should have money for a carb and misc stuff. I do have a Alarm in there now and will have either boat or home owners insurance cover it before anything goes on. I hope to be on the water by july or aug even if its just for short runs like last fall 20 to 45 mins on the water towing back to and from 1 1/2 hours round trip 45 each way. my wife gave me a dead to be back to work by jan to day:rolleyes: she wants to quit work and I got pissed you think this is fun for me.her girlfriend put the bug in her air about this, so I said I hope I DON'T WAKE UP FROM THE NEXTED SURGERY THEN YOU WON'T have to work between my life insurances she can quit:rolleyes: last yr I worked part time because comp said they would pay for my surgery so its been since aug that I have been out full but it started in 04 and have had 3 knee operations and was in the O R 6 times for my back in july and aug getting shots and the last was to burn the nerve endings:eek: which didn't work. well sorry for the banter and thanks for being brave and a firefighter call me if you want to I'd like to talk 617 833 3327 god bless you and to keep you safe BILL ,art

JUST WANT TO THANKS TO TRICK MARINE AND JC PERFORMANCE for the help with the flame arrester FRED, and JEFF with the steering rams. These scum bags cruise neighborhoods looking for opportunities to f**** over people. If you see someone suspicious just driving around, let them know verbally that you don't appreciate there actions. A little embarassment(From bicthin at the unmarked plumbing truck) is a whole lot better than losing your crap.
