HELP--My rig was stolen today
 

Today at about 2:50 my truck was stolen out of my driveway. If any has seen it or know someon please let me know. I had just gotten off work and backed my truck in the drive way. I was on the phone with one of my friends from work and it seemed like a nice day I'll smoke a cig in my backyard. Then all of the sudden I hear that cummings fire up and I'm like what the F...!!! I see this Azz hole in my truck and so many things at once. I could't react fast enough. I (by the way I am a Police Officer) I its one of thoes coulda shouda woulda but didn't. I don't think he saw me at first but Iwill never forget the look when he saw the barrel of a S&W 40 pointed at him. and that was it he speed off. I know I should have shot, but I could not have justified it. I don't know what to do at this point now bwing the victim. if anyone see it or anything shoot first then call me. It is a cobalt blue 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 with a gold Fountain sticker on the left rear window. That sucks! :( Some punk from Hillsboro stole my motorcycle a few years back. My dumb ass forgot it was not insured (motocross bike). Get some picks up and I will send them to my buds in the Natti! Can you say Witch Hunt?!! :evilb:

unfortunately I have no pics being that the truck is about seven months old (since i have owned it) and by the way when I posted last night i was very very drunk. Been drinking since it happened.

If anyone finds it there is a reward if you can produce the azz hole and bring him to me it can be real good.

Best you can hope for from the Police that is , Is a Police report # you can give to your Insurance Co.

you guys sound silly, do you do really think everyone has a picture of their truck. Mr P bought a beautiful new Red dually at the beginning of the year, so if it get's stolen please don't bust his chops because he has yet to take a picture of it:D

My brother had his GM diesel stolen a few years ago .

hes just a cop , he's not allowed to fire his gun [not pc] ,but if he was a postal worker he could have taken out his issued ak-47 and shot up the truck ,,, im in chicago il.,i'll keep out an eye for it

Hey, I still got my eye out for your rig, but lighten up on the booze talk, nothing to lose it over. Truck was insured right? Now I know, coming from me, that sounds strange. If you see me outside of work or without my daughter, there's probably beer nearby.:drink:

I have backed off the booze got some sleep but I am still pizzed, but back to work tomorrow so hopefully that helps. Rather than being here all by myself just wanting to beat someone down. again to evewryone thanks. If I can ever be of help please let me know.

you know taking reports like this at least twice a month. i can now sympathize with some of the people but on the other had some had to much invested in there $2000 car (if you know what i mean and we recover it in less than 24hrs minus the 30inch wheels which I can understand. But here I am workin 50 to 60 hrs a week and just trying to get by. I guess the only thing to do is drive a beater. Because you just can't have nice things these days, no mattrer how hard you work.

talked with a guy from our auto theft divison about 15 mins ago he told me that lately crooks have been casing vehicles and getting vin numbers and having key cut at the dealers suprisily enough they have all been chryslers. if you have a chrysler stick a pice of paper or something over the vin. to prevent this, they don't think they know how to get the hidden vins probably amateurs with an inside connection
