I know that this may be hard to police/enforce, but what can be done to stop these azzholes from registering, just with one objective--------rant.

Not sure if the mods are able to here, but Cruisecritic was able to block his IP address.
I know I'm new here too, but I'm a Keys resident who doesn't appreciate this clown smearing this load of crap on every internet forum he finds. It wouldn't be so bad if there was a hint of truth to his story.

It was a privately owned dive boat that ran out of the Ocean Key House. But they never manned the booth and he went out of business.
BTW, I was wrong earlier. According to another website, Krutko owed over $60,000 to the hotel.
Since then, Fury moved into his spot and he has been slandering them too.

This is why Newbies get such a rough time on this site.
I always wonder why someone involved in such an expensive activity can't pay for a membership.
A solution would be to prevent all these "registered" members from posting for at least 2 weeks to a month
