Stolen boat... your help is needed

Boat stolen... you can help

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Im asking all avid boat lovers to please help. Recently my 45 foot outboard boat. A group from Key West went 23 miles up the coast to take my vessel and even lied to state fwc police on the scene that day saying they owned they yacht and a disgruntled employee they fired took the yacht. To make a long story short a Key West attorney they were working with decided to help them auction off the yacht . They had no court paperwork what so ever allowing them to take or sell the yacht. The Florida Department of Business and professional regualtions just completed an investigation into the illegal sale of yacht on the Key West attorney and decided he did this with no auctioneer license and no court order this being a third degree felony. Also during the time this group had possession of it just before the illegal sale there was a suspicious arson fire on board. If you look at the state DBPR investigation Kevin McCarthy is the gentleman they lied to and said " they owned yacht and we abandoned yacht " The statement from John Evans is the guy who not only took yacht but lied to state police. On the scene that day was a U.S navy engineer. Melvin was the resident who called the boat adrift in and it was resting on his dock. I will attach his statement below for everyone to read. Take notice on John Evans again falsifying to him he owned the yacht. Where i need everyones help is the state DBPR has concluded this illegal sale conducted by the attorney is a felony and they are sending it now to the local state attorneys office for prosecution. Im asking everyone who loves boats to please drop an e mail to the below officials and help my family push for these dirt bags to get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I will also include my e mail address for anyone wanting to talk about it directly. Also i would ask a copy of all emails sent to the state attorney please include one to me.

[email protected]
[email protected]

copy to- [email protected]

the above address is for mark kohl state attorney where the case is being sent. The name of the attorney who commited a felony by illegally autioning off yacht is Alan Eckstein. Please let the state attorney know the illegal selling of the boat by attorney Aan Eckstein should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Thanks

Robert

Here is the wittness letter i promised . again you will see John Evans falsified he was the owner in order to get vessel. Not only was it ballsy he did it to state police on the scene also.

To whom it may concern,

Mr. Krutko's boat (who I have never met) had been anchored in Cudjoe
Bay, broke anchor and was drifting towards my boat and dock. The phone
number printed on the side of the boat was not a working phone number. I
contacted the Coast Guard and the Marine Patrol/FWC. One of the 2
agencies (I cant remember which) recognized the name of the boat and
told me it was usually docked at the Ocean Key Resort and I should
contact them. Both agencies stated if I towed the boat to deeper water
to secure it I would then be held responsible if it broke anchor again.
I called the Ocean Key House and was transferred to John Evans who was
very excited I had found His boat. He told me a disgruntled employee had
disappeared along with the boat. I left work early and when I arrived
home I believe there was a FWC boat, a Law Enforcement boat and a Sea
Tow Inflatable near my dock. The two larger vessels "escorted"/
"sandwiched" the vessel in question to deeper water minutes before the
vessel would have come in contact with mine. As they were reaching
deeper water I saw another boat with a driver and passenger approaching
the scene. One of the men boarded the vessel and eventually started the
engines. He yelled to me He was John Evans and He told me to come down
to the Ocean Key House for a free dinner on the resort as a reward for
finding the boat. I told Him there was no need for the reward I was just
happy He recovered His boat and there was no damage to my property. On
1/12/07 John Evans contacted me again asking more information about the
incident saying the FWC stated they were never on the scene. I said that
was crazy and I had photo's proving it. I burned a disc and gave it to
John who then insisted my wife and I go and have a free dinner. We did
go have a great meal on 1/31/07.

There are some holes to the story here that just don't make sense, and because you are asking for help...

I have to ask if you owed the marina money?

**this is speculation, but seems plausible**
I might be reading too much into this, but it seems like you owned the marina money. You moved the boat to avoid payment. When the guy called who found it adrift, they came and took it in order to get their money.

Default You got to be kidding

A marina claims money is owed after watchig the boat leave then sends someone 23 miles to take it telling two police officials false stories, then the boat gets torched while in their possession. HMMMMMMMMMMM

Then the state just finished investigation and fond the individuals commited a felond by illegally selling it.

Yeah we did alot wrong here

NOT

sounds like the people who took it lied to police because they were doing something legal right?

Thumbs down Simply put, he's a liar.

I'm familiar with this story. Where do I begin?

Robert (boatstolen) did EVERYTHING wrong.

First, he failed to pay his dock fees, leading to a LIEN placed on the boat. He illegally removed the boat from the hotel. Next, he admitted to FDLE that he was trying to hide the boat from the hotel. Every single investigating agency ruled it to be a civil case, not criminal.

And yes, vette, he owed then over $20,000.

The Ocean Key House took the case to Federal Court. The court ruled that the hotel did no wrong and was allowed to keep the boat.

Internal Affairs complaints filed by Robert were unsubstantiated and dismissed by every law enforcement agency involved.

This story is two years in the making now. Not one single attorney will represent Robert. He has done nothing for the past 2 years other than rant about this on the internet.

Over time, this whole story, according to Robert, has been the fault of (deep breath) Ocean Key House, FWC, FDLE, Monroe County Sheriff, State Attorney, USCG, Governor Christ, United Yacht Sales, American Marine, Fury Catamarans, Hydro-Thunder Watersports, Code Enforcement, etc, etc, etc.

One day, all these people got together and decided to conspire against some clown from Columbus, OH.

Google Robert Krutko. The truth becomes quite clear.
