It truly amazes me that there are still some people out there looking for "validation" of the accusations flying around. It baffles me even more to know that some have questioned obviously "anonymous" posts by someone like Hamilton who has posted insider information.....

At what point do some of you start to see between the reputation and cut to the real chit? Maybe it's just me, and it's probobly because I dont have the money most of you have....but if someone had $2000 of my money and didnt respond to several posts I would be in SC knocking on doors looking for answers, and I wouldnt leave without my parts, my money back, or a piece of someone's @ss ....

I dont mean to sound ugly but those of you who dont take action to try and get your money back through your bank or CC company you deserve what you get and it sounds like you got nothing for your money. It reminds me of the phrase "some people have more money than they have brains".

Certain members here were ready to execute Big Scotty over less than 10 grand, and Trick has certainly taken more than that. Why isn't the state's attorney visiting Trick Marine yet?

Seems he's done......I had my issues just over a year ago. At that time a few threads/post had come up about issues but they were swept under the carpet. My experience did not include alot of money, but the hassles were incredible (around a dozen un-returned callls over 4 months). When I did comment all I heard was....he'll get it straight, give him a break, etc.

Who swept all those threads regarding issues with Trick Marine under the carpet? Or are the threads still there???

This is why the problem is SO big now. This problem began long long ago but everyone here said to "give him a break". Great business model....

It's sad to see a man's business go down before your eye's.
Any chance of recovery from a set-back has been eliminated by those that encouraged the endeavour in the first place.
I'm not defending anyone, and maybe this is best to be aired here.
I have no knowledge of what the ultimate cause of this is, but I agree, Fred owes an explanation to his customers, and those that encouraged him to get into the business to begin with.
So, what's the real story?

Threads got poofed and deleted because Fred cried long and hard to anyone who would lend him an ear about "vendor problems", "just getting started", "bad employees", "he's been sick", etc, etc, add nauseum.
