Most of it was so grammatically incorrect, it was unfit for the site

The news stories mention 15 arrests but only 10 have been named here. That leaves 5(unless Angelo P. Grimaldi is not also Angelo Grimaldi in which case there's 4)people who's charges/court status is unknown. Does anyone know who the missing people are?
