He did not make a dime on the sale of that boat. Your issue is with the guy that sold it to you not Timmy. If the guy that sold it to you did not provide "title" then that sucks. If you had not stroked Timmy on the exhaust then there would have been MANY of us that could have taken car of your issue for you. Maine does not have titles for boats that old.

Wasn't it "Ratman" that was claiming to be ripped off a couple years back and had suffered some personal setbacks??? If I remember correctly many OSO'ers were giving him moral support and sticking up for him. Is this that same guy???
