THere needs to be a Sticky or at the bare minimum a thread kept open with all of his aliases or usernames , and of course his name put on here. THreads mentioning him should not be shut down. If they are , it will be some other innocent person taken.
Some other forums that i belong to have just that a sticky with all of the people named and last known area of whereabouts posted. IF it saves just one person from being screwed its done its job.
If you dont like your name being slandered its real simple man up and take care of your problems.

I totally agree. Once someone is PROVEN to be a douchbag, the threads should stay up. This guy has a long record of this type of chit.

Guys like him only go out of business when they go to jail, which is rare.

No new news to report/speculate would be my guess.
At least with it just locked, anyone doing a search can still run across his way of business. If it were removed all together, then LDD might as well be a saint.
Locked good. Pulled bad.

Probably related to some one in the offshoreonly office. What other reason would there be? To inform other boaters about this guy and his dealings is one of the reasons why there is an offshoreonly "beware and stolen" forum. His shady dealings are proven by more than one source not just hearsay. What sayuth you now, Madam moderator?

This thread was locked and but not forgoten. I promised you guys I would stay on top of this issue till its over and I have. We will have our day in court and till then I cant post any info due to lawyers request. But I have spoken to the moderators and Steve just a couple days ago. And till we have an outcome the mods decided to lock the original thread to keep mud slinging out of the forum. So give me a couple and whether PS wins or LDD wins I will have a post and Im sure the mods will let it stay.

Thanks Nordic95
