He friended me about a day after all this crap started and I accepted figuring it was someone I knew goofing around, as soon as I saw the e-mail I zapped him. At that time we also had control of the Serious Facebook page, so I changed the name to Seriously Offshore figuring we could use it to get our side of the story out. He wrote an infringement letter to Facebook and got it pulled. And their rules state that both parties must agree or else they will not reinstate it, such BS.
