By definition, a con man is EXACTLY what he is.

Using false claims to gain the trust of others in order to benefit ones own interests is waht a con man does is it not.

To those that got the full treatment he is a con man, albeit mostly small time and not always going for the cash. Only he knows where the whole Serious thing was going per his original plan, we will never know now. It would be almost a shame if he devoted all that time and effort and lied to so many people and it was not for some really BIG con. Hell, I'd even entertain the idea that he started out with noble intentions at first, but even at the very start of the whole thing he lied to us to gain our trust and assistance. And, of course, as time went by there were just too many opportunities for mischief. The ironic thing is that he was close to being the offshore big deal he wanted to make us all think he was. Karma truly is a b!tch.....

Actually its hard to stay focused. Ned wanted the thread to be devoted to bashing me about collecting year old debts.

It got sidetracked by the guys that do nothing but make cute comments.
With Ding Dong whining about getting mistreated for whatever and Fund adding his typical analysis about the industry, Ned's non payment of debts got overshadowed.

Mudslinging at someone that doesnt live up to paying for work done is the least that should happen.

Two things got my attention:

The post someone made about WHO would be defending him. and:

When he posted the tarzan comment I knew it was him. It's very difficult to change your writing style and his posts were beginning to have a familiar feel to them.

And it was Sunkin that went in to Cigdaze and TED accts and changed the passwords to read their PMs.

More importantly is the current mods and definately the admins have known this all along.

No it is CS. He attached his email to the account and we found out. After we did that on a hunch I checked to see if his email was still attached to my account and it was, he either was too lazy to change it back after he went through my PM's or wanted to make sure I could not log back on since it effectively made it impossible for me to reset my password. (Some may remember that we were all told we could log in any time we wanted all we had to do was reset our password.) We also caught him with the name Ben Kramer on Facebook because he had the same e-mail attached to it. It is just a bunch of smoke and mirrors which is totally counterproductive. If he had any real smarts he would have laid low for a longer period of time but he just couldn't resist taking a swipe at Alec and then when that was favorably received he just couldn't resist trying to salvage a little shred of his reputation. Classic narcissist.
