Take your membership list in descending order by posts and look at how ACTIVE your total membership is.

The threads on any board have nothing to do with how accurate the member lists are. (which is what you said in your post) You are talking apples and oranges here.

Our member list is 100% accurate. and out for all to see, unlike most other boards,

I agree, post count doesn't matter. Whether you post a lot or not, it's all about the love.

member list 100% accurate means no made up BS members. 100% of our members have signed up. If you want to take the time to go through our member list, the total will equal the number thats on the bottom of the page. Do they all post ? of course not. But posting and accurate member lists have nothing to do with each other as Alex claimed they do.

The member list is not available on OSO or sos. They both have it turned off. Boatfreaks doesn't. Its just a list of the members on the board, when they joined, and how many posts they have. Alex's claim was that the member lists were not accurate. That may be true on some boards, but its not on Boatfreaks.

This was talked about hundreds of posts ago. Yes, you have to register. So we know you are legit. Its 100% FREE. posting pictures, no "special" titles, no private paid only forums etc. Its not a way to boost membership. Its a way to stop fly bys who hop on the board, look at the pictures or read stuff and go on. If you want to see the content, it takes less than 5 minutes to register. You have to register to see pictures on OSO too, so whats the big deal? If someone is willing to join, then we hope they will keep coming back and post and be a productive member of the site.

Was only pointing out how a long time ago I pointed out the active member list count was inacurate depending on when you polled it. It was before anything went public about Sunkin. At that point I had already moved away from the site. :kiss:

Anyway back to sunken Sunkin. I don't have nearly enough energy to argue. I'm too busy changing diapers over here and getting frustrated staring at the Apache sitting on the side of the house that's not getting used nearly enough this year.. But hey, at least I'm honest about it... Maybe next year. :drink:

Well you and I have more in common than you think.

The closest I'll come to owning an Apache is me owning the official Apache jacket which cant be worn cuz its way too hot.

I don't have any of them thare inflatable life vests. I woulda gone boating today, put just putting some ribs on the grill, and I have 3 41 Apache project boats in the yard.

If CS would sell some of his Apaches, there would be one available for poor Alec.

Maybe con-man isn't the word. But when you read posts and emails where he berates people as incompetent or sub-standard based on his depth of experience BECAUSE he owned all these boats, he certainly isn't someone you want hanging at your party.
