I had my lightnings start to leak on the flange between
inner and outer tubes , sent them to LIghtning to get them fixed and they said the couldnt do it and wanted to nail me for a new set.
Why the hell would I buy a new set when they cant even fix their own stuff.
All it needed was to reweld the flange and plane it back even.
Pretty bad when they cant even fix their own headers.
Needless to say I took them back and never dealt with them again.

Hazen,
Your post is a real contribution. Why don't you crawl back under your rock.

I'm still waiting 21 months...wait 22 months day after tomorrow...for an engine rebuild that "he does all the time". I wish I had done my homework and found a reputable builder anywhere other than Cleveland.

Congrats on your latest blown motor Bill.Who you going to stiff now. You are running out of engine builders who will do business with you.Whos fault was this that you didnt keep up with your valve adjustment and broke the valve.
