I hope someone keeps us up to speed on this situation:

Where is the boat?
Where are the parts?
Any arrest warrants served?
Court date set?
Checks cleared?
Lifts sold?
Allegations levied?
Phragle graduated?
CS located?

Do repo auctions have the same characteristics as lien sale auctions?? from memory, a friend oof mine had a towing company and if you bought something on lien sale, the lien sale paperwork gauranteed you a clear title, null and voiding any other claims against the vehicle.

Dinero Cantina,

I suggest you do reopen that thread. Many of us got excited when we saw it this morning. Turns out, we're OSO Blue Balled again!
