Those comments got pulled somewhat quickly but not quick enough. It just goes to show you what his quality character is made of... complete crap....

BTW, I highly doubt Mary will be back on here anytime soon. For all of you people that decided to take the cheap shots at her and her problem with her boat... why the hell would she continue to come here??? I sure as hell wouldn't. She has nothing to explain to anyone, she just wanted to warn others of what Domenic did to them and to make sure he did not do to anyone else. Also, she was trying find out who her bought her stolen engines, drives, and electronics...so... with that said....
Gotcha
Thanks for clarification

Again... everyone is entitled to an opinion but facts are facts.. some are know to only certain people. The Kings business is their own and it will stay that way unless they decide to share it. I hope this whole boat deal gets cleared up quickly and the persons, yeah, persons, since it was more than just Domenic involved, get what they have coming, very soon... but... time will tell. Till then... Enjoy the water, be safe, and be cool....

So the Kings have a boat they cant afford. The payments are too big and they are probably upside down with the bank.

They try to flog the thing and are so desperate they give it to a guy that puts .10 down and will make payments that cover some of theirs.

The guy finally asks for title which they cant give him ...he realizes that he's wasted a bunch of payments on something he can never actually own.

He tears it apart to get some of his money back.

The thing gets repoed by the King's bank..........................

and here we are.

Hey Mary....is that close to the whole story????
That is my take on it, except I'm not so sure about who stripped it and sold the parts yet.

I think that after putting together what information i could gather.... Both parties made descisions in this deal that resulted in both parties getting phucked. neither side can exonerate themselves from blame. I can't believe somone would have a 300k boat for 14 months without making payments, I cant believe someone would make payments on a 300k boat for 14 months without some kind of contract in writing, And if as has been mentioned, the titled owner can't be named because the boat is in 'litigation', how can you sell property that is wrapped up in a court battle? No i's were dotted, no t's crossed, if your swinging deals this loose, the only result will be a need for KY.

Maybe I've lost my mind from the thousands of characters I just read in the other thread but there's one thing I swear i saw and cant find again (actually not trying that hard).

At this time, Harrison or someone of the sorts actually has the boat... but in the beginning I thought I read that Mary said they got the boat back. Making it sound as if they physically had it in the driveway...

I could be completely wrong and if so I'm sorry, just something that caught my eye. Hope this gets resolved in the correct manner with the respected parties satisfied.

From what Ive read, thats the exact picture thats been painted. The boat IS clearly a repo and up for bid right now. As I stated before, if that was my boat, the title was in my hand, I would have the boat in my possession right now.

The next question people are asking. Why would she come on here and put themselves in the spotlight? Simple. Repossession is embarrassing for anyone involved. Their boat is on at least 3 different websites and it was only a matter of time before questions were asked. So, in a desperate attempt to save face, lets put the spotlight on Domenic (who I believe had the boat stripped as mentioned above).
