I kinda agree with you.........doesn't look like a weld to me at all.....just a bad prop.

Funny, my phone doesn't show any missed calls. You didn't seem interested in returning MY calls, but I will call you later today.

Props don't break from the inside out and leave a clean new break only on the outside edges.

You are quite correct dbl trbl. A simple metallugical analysis would confirm this. The chemistry from the weld material and the substrate would illustrate the incongruency.

Finally got to speak to Sean (Ray III ) this afternoon, and he agreed to a full refund when I send him the props. Waiting for email confirmation of this as well as an address to send them to.

It looks like a bad casting on the prop.....like a void.
