Bill Hionas is back at it in real estate and precious metals. Defrauding from all over the US, living in Miami Beach with Kerry Hionas (real etstae license revoked) selling "futures" for precious metals that do not exist, been doing this since prior to 2004. All cases are civil-except this one, going after a Federal or State indictment!

I dont know the whole story but it makes me sick that people get away with things when the whole worlds seems to know they are doing something wrong.
Then some poor slob who is law abiding gets into a bad situation and gets crucified .
