Since he posted this and has made 2 appearances I believe. Sent everyone else to try and defend him.

JEFF, WAS THIS A LOAN OR DID YOU SEE THIS AS A POTENTIAL BUY IN TO LEVERAGE?

So much for waiting for court.

I wanted to, but I can't just let all of the hard years of work get flushed when everyone is only getting a third of the story.

The only thing I ask of everyone is to let Jeff defend himself.

I don't think it's too much to ask that everyone wait on the Judge, but Jeff posted what he did, so please let Jeff and myself answer.

There was NOTHING in Jeff's post that was derogatory towards you or Leverage and while strange, he simply asked the same questions you were while providing some generic facts to the thread starter.......YOU went on the offensive in here, why bring the crap from a previous thread here?

I agree, but OSO went against their own rules and allowed everything to stay up. This case is still a long way off, but all of the negative things are still posted. I'm ready for court as well, but I can't let the reputation just sit here and be bashed when it affects so many more than myself. All the years of answering and helping at 2AM, working Sundays for everyone and building the reputation. When Steve was here OSO was my home.

I have been. Today was a 48' Sea Ray that hasn't been touched in 6 months. Scrubbed all day today and tomorrow is Buff and Polish. :drink:
