Default BAD BAD WILLY / KARLA / all american trailer manufacturers

What a waste of time and money all American trailer manufacturers Inc (BAD)
I put half money down for a custom 50 foot trailer.
The boat was at Performance Marine in Florida. Willy knew Pat and the boat and what the boat looked like. I told Willy the only info I had on the weights is 18nrt?
Pat says it feels very heavy and heavy on his trailer.
Willy built me a trailer with 3 –heavy duty 7k axles and said it would be plenty strong.
Weeks later Willy bent the axles moving the boat around on the trailer.(I told him it sounded like the axles are junk)
Willy then up sold me on a 4th axle and said it would be fine (not to worry) weeks later calling and calling trying to get a delivery date. At this time I told Willy I would like to have a copies of permits I had to pay in full before he left 2/4/2011(or he wasn’t going to leave) after I paid in full Willy said he could leave ASAP loaded and ready to go he winds up leaving 2 weeks later and no word on time of arrival Saturday a week later I get a phone call on Sat saying that he had bent 2 axles in Oklahoma and had to go back to Florida.
After another month and 100 more phone calls and lies said it had Rockwell axles come to find out its got some cheap axles. Then he said he weighed the boat and trailer in Oklahoma 30,800lbs so 2,800 lbs over weight and bent 2 axles and drove back to Florida.
Now he is back asking me to up grade 4 new axles at $8500.
1.very hard to get a straight answer on time / delivery
2.quality of parts used in question
3.dont know if he ever got proper permits from each state
4.now I have to claim it on his insurance because he destroyed axles
5.all my invoices have no real description of what I purchased
6.he still needs to deliver the boat to Seattle (paid in full)
Will not let me do an insurance claim on him damaging the trailer.
Will not give me his dealer and bond info to do a claim.
Will not show me permits on the travel.
Now willy at all American is saying I wanted him to build a trailer that was not strong enough to do the job?
if willy was concerned about the weight he could just barrow pats trailer and weigh the boat in the beginning.
Willy had all the info and the boat to make a proper bid on the trailer and delivery
and once I paid in full I still have nothing and now he wants more
All my invoices have no full descriptions of what I purchased (bad business practice) help!

It seems there are some other threads on here about them, and not good ones.

Thumbs down update

this is there resulution???

Dear Jesse
Our insurance company called us and told us that you are trying to do a claim on
the axles. As we stated before, we can replace the axles under warranty with
another set of 7k axles. However, as you are aware, this will not solve your
problem of the boat being too heavy for them. We gave you the option to
upgrade to four 10k axles to give you a GVWR 40,000 lbs. but as of today we have
not heard an answer as to what you want to do.
At this time we feel that we are going to reimburse you the transportation
payment of $5000.00 less the permits that were paid by us of $560.50. Total
re-imbursement would be $4439.50. Which we would refund $2505.00 back to your
credit card and the balance would be with a check.
Please note that the storage fees of $25 per day will start incurring as of
3/4/2011.
