One of my biggest pet peeves is people not taking responsibility for their lives. It is so sad to see people live in this way, but it is becoming the norm. There is always someone else to blame. I guess it is so the blamer can feel better about themselves. Shame, shame 10X. Were you always blamed as a child by your parents? Were you abused from the age of 6 until 12? So counselling it is then? Make sure that you follow through with it. I mean, it's one thing to say that you'll do something, and another to actually do it.

This guy knows how he phucked me over by not finishing the boat, AFTER he received payment in FULL, and which alot of it was in "cash" after the $36K that was paid from the bank loan from Sovran Bank.

Bottom line here is, HE knows that he phucked me over on the boat, NEVER recieved a dime back from him, made me several promises to repay me back when he got back on his feet over the next few years. Wanted to give me some junk cars, roadsters, etc, etc. All I wanted was the boat that I paid him to build for me.

I could go on forever on the things that he and I discussed to do about the situation we were dealing with, but realistically, it's nobody elses phuckin business but his and mine.
He's got my #, same # that he used to call me on, and if he was any kind of man of his word from the past, he would get ahold of me, and make good on the promises that he made me several years ago, since it seems like he's "back on his feet" again.

The only reason that I posted on this thread, was because someone asked about any dealings with him. PERIOD. So far, my dealings with him have been less that desireable, and hopefully, once he reads this or hears about it, he can contact me, and between him and I we can put this matter to rest once and for all.

BTW, I'm really gald to see some of the nice boats that you guys got built from Bob. He truely is a great boat builder, and I can really tell you guys some good stories about some of the great boats that he built when he was in Chicago. That was the reason I went to him before any other brand. As soon as I hear from Bob, I'll chime in on here and we can all talk about the positive things that he can accomplish, and he surely can accomplish some nice work.

It is not hard to find you Frank. It is atually pretty simple to find people these days. George made the point earlier about how easy it was to "find" Bob. And if he did indeed SCREW you out of any money, you obviously being the tough guy you are could have easily taken care of it.

My point was there are 8 million sides to every story and you have been bashing him about ficticious numbers and scenarios. I have heard some of the stories, and just like with you, they were from his perspective but unless people want heresay plastered all over the internet it isn't a good idea to start **** when you have **** you don't want people to know about.... whether it is insurance fraud, loan fraud, child pornography, family members commiting fraud or anything else for that matter...... not that you had any of those things happen. Just sayin.

I have no dog in this fight, but, what 10X said is exactly what I was thinking while reading your posts. Sounds like you have inside knowledge of what Bob says and does, kind of strange.

Your comment about the boat storage fee's kills me and completely ruins any credible information that you have provided. You must own a towing company and be related to the Daley clan in Chicago.

To put it over the top, you have to insinuate that you have been offered a great deal on 10X old boat is just childish.

For the record, no one is perfect and people make mistakes. This could be one of one, or one of many. Obviously this guy has had some issues with the law in the past, maybe he has changed his ways.

What I was inferring was people not in business often have a different idea of what it takes to run a business and as I have said throughout the ENTIRE thread is there are many sides to the story. I do not know the entire story, nor do I care to. Nobody does except Bob and Frank, it should stay that way. I was trying to relate to the childish nature of the posts made by 10x that were at least partially false and un-warranted.

Any problems are between them and the whole deal happened 20 yeard ago. If it was that big of an issue it could and should have been worked out.

I don't think Bob's legal issues had anything to do with ripping anybody off.... or who were you referring to?
