Scammed by US Raceteam! Help!

You guys keep whining about not taking him to court because of the process but if you actually read the contrtact it calls for mediation and then binding arbitration. Mediation, when both sides won't move, takes about an hour. Arbitration would take 3-4 hours. So, if your case is as good as you think, you could have a judgement in your favor relatively quickly. Collecting would be the only hard part but a judgement in Florida is good for twenty years, so you could make his life and credit a little more miserable.
I keep and kept my part of the contract !
No court yet, i cant wait.

Mika, a brainless little boy that got left behind and a 100% wannabe... nobody over there ever heard of him racing anything , or something like that !
+ he got all we agreed on.
On the 3rd and last note, when he raced with me it was the old class 4, 85 MPH they changed classes NOW 80 MPH max ..so a lap speed of 68-72 MPH is right on the money ...HE HAS NO CLUE WHAT THE HELL HE IS ACTUALLY TALKING ABOUT !!!! Oh, i forgot he knows everything about everything !

My view- if I had the means and the desire to visit America...
maybe do a little boat racing and have some fun...
I could see some real attraction for people in Europe to 'race in the states'.
If I ever travel overseas on vacation, I'm prety sure I will try to time it to intersect with some sort of water-related racing.
Speaking just for me, and I know that all the facts aren't available yet, but this whole affair stinks.
It appears that three different people were taken advantage of
by a 'racer' with a known history of... sketchy behavior regarding money transactions.
This does not help the image of our sport,
regardless of who you believe.

I could see some real attraction for people in Europe to 'race in the states'.

And if you meet a guy that promises to let you be there, for a fixed price. You are really happy that you meet him, he sends the raceshedule of OPA and SBI and you discus wich of the races to join. He even has a paintscheme on his boat that make you feel realy good! You make a contract and wire some money. You buy your flight tickets, plan the vacation, tell your friends, just have great expectations. And then it starts to turn uppside down when he starts arguing, hanging upp the phone, and tell that he wants payment for his services, wich you have not orderd anything from. Then you get unfriended from FaceBook and finaly he send you an fake invoice and you end upp owing him money!!
We are not here for fun, or interested in make another person look bad. We event havent time to spend here.
But when you have been called a liar in public and inhumilated like that, becuse your only crime was that you sent money.
When someone steals my money and then tryies to make me look bad with the most advanced lies becuse he needs to get an alibi for his fraudulent actions and make me to a criminal. Then it is personal!

USA has the greatest racing! No doubt about that, nowhere on the planet can you see fast going Fountains with big blowerpower or amazing Cats with whining turbines. And to get a chance to be involved with racing in same events as these wonderful machines is almost worth dying for.
