I get your point......BUT if it has to do with anything boat related and you are only out 11.00 consider yourself lucky.

That's true.. But it was never really about the money. It was more about the lack of giving a crap after the sale is made....... all I was trying to do is spread the word, that their shipping prices/methods are deceptive. Definately not looking for sympathy.

When I asked them for a partial refund of the shipping charges (the difference between 2 day and ground) it was to see what their reply would be. I pretty much got the reply I expected from them.......
