Curtis can say anything he wants as can his cheer-leading squad, but this is what I was told...and all I did here is copy and paste... He pled guilty to felony insurance fraud and filing a false instrument he's looking at 2 1/2 to 7 BTW...this is not my opinion, but straight from the law side and as of now...no deals have been made or accepted.
