I'm confused you threw an accent in there (use these here?) are you saying the boat was chopped up by Texans in NY???If the worker called it in why not find out who he was&give him the $50k insurance company should pay him or her?Or give it to me for reading this whole tread !!Still don't believe a lot of this stuff but you have the direct connection with DA= ethics&law degree I'm sure:stooges:Maybe it was George Bush &Reggie Fountain who chopped it up??Waste of a lot of Law enforcement in 2 states only 1 guy in jail??? I guess keep posting info if correct good luck have fun???
I never said any Texans were involved in the cutting up of the Cardshark...you did, but there is suspicion on 3 of them being involved in the theft of the Cardshark. When 2 deny everything and one hauls his big arse to the DA's office to get immunity...again I ask...if you are not involved in it, then why do you need immunity? It was testified in Jeff's court hearing that the Skater Boat sales dude (the one who got the immunity) drove him to the performance motor dude builder's place and specifically pointed out the boat that was to disappear and that employees were instructed to move the boat away from all other boats and remove all locks. The reward was posted for the RECOVERY of the boat INTACT...not pieces and parts. Whether you believe this stuff or not doesnt matter...do your research and find it all out for yourself. Those that have had their days in court and the results are all public record...even in New York. The thing about crime in New York seems to be that if you have deep pockets, you can buy your way out of jail. That dog wont hunt in Texas and rarely happens. As one friend of mine in New York told me a while back when we were talking about all of these clowns that got busted...he said..."it's no big deal...it's an everyday thing around here." Have a nice day. |

Just for alittle review...the worker dude that made the call to try to collect on the reward money was never found according to what the investigators told me. The trailer "was" there at first, then it disappeared and it has not been found either.
Big day coming Tuesday...stay tuned. I'm saving up for a gallon of ice cream and waiting for Jeff's first few posts on here when he gets out. Now That will be a party !!!:lolhit::lolhit::lolhit: |
Well boys and girls...Jimmy Winters stood up and weakly pled GUILTY to the charges that he was hit with. He has to pay over $500,000.00 to keep his stay of of jail card.
I hope to be able to release more info on Wintes, but this is all I was told to say at this time...sorry. Have a nice day folks. |
If you do the dirty deed you get paid this much $$$$ and just a few people know.
If you do the dirty deed and get caught you pay this much $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and everyone knows |
How sad. Think of all the families and friendships that these guys ruined.

That dog wont hunt in Texas and rarely happens. Is there so much crime up there that these types of big money feloniy convictions just get flushed with a stiff fine and no incarceration??? And does the state demand restitution above and beyond the fine or is the insurance company just left eating the losses and crying that nobody was held accountable for the loss of insured property??? It seems to me that NY would be a pretty good place to be a criminal compared to our home state. It breaks my heart for sure 'cause I'm certain that 99.99 percent of New Yorkans (??? is that what they call y'all) are good old fashioned honest working citizens who would call this type of sentencing a slap in the face of delivering justice to those who broke our state laws. See ya, Kelly |

See ya, Kelly Anywho.....lots of states esp up north penalize non violent offenders with restitution, community service, probation, etc....... They hit people where it hurts $$ & generate revenue at the same time. Vs Incarceration costing the state or fed gov $ to house. Save the beds for violent offenders, repeat offenders& hard drug crimes. Texas is hardcore.....we also cant shoot anybody for coming on our land & cant tote a gun on hip into the grocery store.....lol Different part of the country, but laws are worlds apart..... Does anybody think mr winters debt will be settled with $$$ penalty, or is jail time the only equalizer ??? I personally think $500k seems like it has evened the scale & isnt exactly a slap on the wrist. Debt paid imo........ What was the boats actual value at the time ? |

I've read his version of the events directly from him. Not my place to repeat it. If he gets the opportunity to lay it all out on here start to finish it will be an eye opener for a few folks. The start part has been missed in all this |
