Friends boat was stolen
Sometime Thurs. nite some slimeballs stole an all white 35' Fountain Lightning, hooked to the owners all black GMC 4 door diesel one ton.
The rig was stolen from the San Rafael/Vallejo, CA area. The truck was dumped in Sebastapool, CA. The boat was probably hidden in a large barn, shop, storage area to be stripped.
The boat has "ROCKERDOWN" in 3' letters on boat sides. It sits on an all aluminum, fully polished, triple axle trailer.
Twin 525 EFI / XR Bravo drives
Hull # FGQ35638K203, trailer lic. # 4FU5521
Documented vessel Rockerdown, Las Vegas, NV
As of the moment, Please notify Vallejo Police Dept. with any info. ................ Thank-you

The Truck and Boat have been found, and impounded. Truck was damage, and from what little information I got on Boat & Trailer, Engines & Drives are gone. Again, thank you all for helping me with this disaster.

OK...let's all be on the look out in all the west coast Craigs List, E-Bay and other forums for these engines and drives to show up for sale.
It's doubtful that someone stole them for their own use...too much quick money to be made by selling the power trains cheap.
Do you have the serial numbers for the drives and engines? It's a long shot but you never know. I have a nephew who is a detective and he says he will work closely with victims on high dollar equipment to break up theft rings. He has actually posed as a buyer and purchased stolen Cars, Boats and Airplanes to bust these thieving bastards.
