Prolly should buy a house one of these days.... Haven't seen anyone ever poker run a house tho!
Just for comparison, I'm 45, never had a payment, car or property. I have a 50k boat I couldn't get 40k for now a 1985 Burb with rebuilt everything, a 1998 tacoma with 427k miles, 100k piece of lake property with a 100 yr old, 900 sq. ft. cabin with a custom Harley chopper in the living room that the chicks dig. Stick to your plan kid. You don't need a house unless you plan on some kids.

More than likely ill end up building my own polebarn with living quarters in it like my dads. Pay cash for it and get back to buying cars/trucks/boats/atvs to fill it. My beef cow herd should start paying off in the next few years.

if your beef was not paying off about 6 months back when prices were at an all time high then sell out now

i have a lot of toys , snowmobiles , 3 motorcycles , boat and jet ski , 2010 challenger , 69 z/28 camaro , but the car and the custom bikes i build paint and assemble myself . i do construction during the day and work in my shop at night pulling wrenches and doing paint work . i have been on here for a couple years but i stay on the sidelines cause i don't feel like i am in the same league as these guys. it amazes me how these people rip off others and still stay in business . people suck period .
